Found on plot 17.3, this is a crooked wand crafted from a dwarven femur, the knobby end is carved into the shape of a skull. Rechargeable wand of Dehydrate for 3d-3 with 10 charges. (cast at skill 15, takes 1 sec to cast, and includes the energy for the spell; costs $60 per use to recharge in town)

Removes water from the subject’s body, causing injury to living beings and creatures of water. Cast from a distance, it affects the whole victim; cast by touch, harm is limited to the part touched. Armor doesn’t protect!
