Appearance: The first thing people notice, is the burn scar on the left side of Brandt's face. Then perhaps his azure-colored eyes and his light-brown, short hair. He also has a goatee, with a corresponding mustache above.

Information

History:
Magister Ethon Brandt is the older brother of Randolph Brandt, a missing Wizard who helped the local branch of the Wizard's Guild in Portstown during its construction. His brother is also the reason for his burn mark, after a fire spell gone wrong during a field battle. This event has scarred Brandt to this day, and he will only reluctantly use fire. He also has a mild PTSD, which sometimes manifests as post-combat shakes. After his brother went missing, Brandt traveled here to Portstown to find his fate, and also give his help to the nearly-finished library in Portstown. Magister Brandt has worked as an Archivist and theoretical Magus in the Guild's main library in the capital for the last 15 years. Will he find clues that will prove his colleagues magical and historical theories? Is Randolph dead?1 Only time will tell if Brandt can survive field work.

Personality:
Brandt is curious about the outside world, after being inside a library for many years. He's a classic eccentric nerd; interested old writings and ruins, tries theoretical solutions to easy practical problems, and are a bit oblivious when it comes to the social atmosphere in the group. While he's weak and not the best face of the group, he will rarely not help when he can.
